New president and COO for Marsh & McLennan Agency

The Marsh subsidiary focuses on midsize businesses and individuals in the U.S. and Canada

Marsh & McLennan Agency (MMA) LLC is welcoming Bill Jeatran to the role of president and Christina Mott to the role of chief operating officer (COO).

As president of Marsh’s middle-market focused subsidiary, Jeatran will focus on developing and advancing MMA’s strategic direction through acquisitions, client engagement, talent development and scaling best practices. Jeatran was previously CEO for MMA’s upper Midwest region office and founder of RJF Agencies Inc., which was acquired by MMA in 2011.

“From selling my business to MMA and then joining the leadership team, I have a first-hand appreciation for MMA’s dedication to acquiring and developing outstanding businesses while maintaining high standards for quality at all levels,” says Jeatran in a statement. “I look forward to working with our firms and their leadership teams across the country to ensure MMA continues to enhance its market-leading proposition.”

Both Jeatran and Mott will report to David Eslick, chairman and CEO of MMA.
