RISK: France Increases Counter-Terrorism Funding

3,000 people across the country require surveillence.

France will step up its counter-terrorism efforts by creating 2,680 new jobs and spending by â‚¬425, says Prime Minister Manuel Valls. This decision comes after terrorists killed 17 people in and around Paris last week.
