“As the president of M2O, Peter was well known and respected in the London business community,” Ed Meiering, CEO of M2O, said in a statement. “During his courageous fight against cancer, he expressed deep gratitude to those who helped him through his palliative journey at St. Joseph’s Hospice, and hoped that others would be able to experience the same compassionate support he received during his stay there.”

The donation will help fund day programs and patient care at the hospice.

“M2O has been our trusted broker partner in serving the needs of the community for more than 60 years,” said Tom Reikman, chief distribution officer at Economical. “We are so proud to honour Peter’s wishes and help fund St. Joseph’s Hospice.”
