BC brokers rank the performance of their insurer partners

Optimum West the highest ranked multi-line insurer once again

The Insurance Brokers Association of BC (IBABC) recently published the results of its Insurer Performance Survey.

The survey, which gives brokers the opportunity to rate their insurer partners, has been conducted every two years since 1987.

This year, and in 2011, Optimum West Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Optimum General that writes personal property and commercial property and liability insurance in BC, Alberta and the Yukon, had the highest overall ranking for multi-lines companies.
